We deal with everything from painting a ceiling to a full house makeover. We can advise on the most hard wearing paints and  current colour trends and the most cost effective way to re-decorate your property. 

We cannot emphasise how much the condition and cleanliness of the carpets affects the ability to re-let your property. If the carpets are beyond cleaning, we can arrange for these to be replaced. 

Everything from basic light cleans to heavy  duty intensive  deep cleans.  We also deal with fire, smoke and flood damage and any other damage caused by tenants prior to their vacating the property.

Not all tenants maintain the garden in a way that you would expect. From them leaving overgrown lawns and shrubs to abandoning unwanted items when they move out. We tidy and remove unwanted items and rubbish.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Some tenants leave your property without taking all their belongings. Sometimes, especially following an eviction, the property can be  left in a dreadful state. We remove and ethically dispose of all unusable items. Any items in good condition will be donated to charity.

Local Council collections for rubbish removal can be extremely expensive. We offer an alternative, cost-efficient service.

For those of our clients who do not use the full management services of a letting agent, we offer a detailed inspection service and provide an in-depth report with photographic evidence as to what requirements are necessary to optimise  the property's rental potential.
